Return policy
I. Right of return:
1. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without stating the reason.
- The right of return expires in 14 days starting from the day of the goods' entry into your possession, or into the possession of a third person indicated by you, who is not a carrier.
- To exercise the right of return, notify us at FeelFree Group LLC, legal address 56-51 Duntes Street, Riga, LV-1050, phone: 22087676, e-mail: pasutijumi@feelfree.lv.
- The return will be deemed made withing the term of right of return if a notification regarding the return is made before the end of the term.
II. Effect of return:
5. If you withdraw from this agreement, the payment received for the goods will be returned to you.
- The goods shall be returned to any FeelFree Group shop (https://feelfree.lv/lv/kontakti) without unjustified delay, and no later than 14 days after the notification of return has been made. The deadline of right of return will be deemed observed if the goods are shipped within 14 days to 56-51 Duntes Street, Riga. Please note that FeelFree Group LLC reserves the right to examine the goods for visual damage and contents upon receiving the goods, if you choose to ship the goods by post or courier. If FeelFree Group LLC detects any damage or discrepancy, you will be informed of it, and sent a copy of the notice of damage detection. We recommend the goods be returned in person to FeelFree Group shops (https://feelfree.lv/lv/kontakti).
- You shall cover the direct costs related to the return of goods.
- You are only responsible for the goods' loss in value if the goods are used for any other purpose than to determine their characteristics, nature and operation.
- If you exercise the right of return, you may use the goods only insofar as necessary to determine their characteristics, nature and operation (as much as you would when buying the goods in store). By exercising the right of return you are responsible for any use of the goods that exceeds that necessary to determine their characteristics, nature and operation, as well as any use that is not compatible with the principle of good faith, or results in the goods' loss in value.
- You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of right of return.
- Except for the conditions listed under section 12 of this policy, you may exercise the right of return and unilaterally withdraw from the agreement within 14 days by covering the following costs:
11.1. Delivery expenses.
11.2. Direct costs of returning the goods, except in the event that FeelFree Group LLC have agreed to cover the costs, or have not informed you that such costs should be covered.
11.3. The Goods' loss in value if the goods have been used for any other purpose than that necessary to determine their characteristics, nature and operation, if such use is detected by diagnostics performed in an authorised service centre. You are not responsible for the goods' loss in value if FeelFree Group LLC have not informed you about the right of return in accordance with the legislation.
III. The consumer may not exercise the right of return:
12. In the events described in article 22 of Cabinet regulations of 20 May 2014 no. 255 "Distance agreement regulations", including the following:
- The price of the goods depends on the financial market fluctuations which the seller cannot affect, and which may occur during the period of right of return
- The goods are manufactured according to the consumer's specification or are unmistakably personalised.
- The goods are consumable or approaching their date of expiry.
- The consumer has opened the packaging of goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, such as mouth guards or similar goods.
- The goods due to their nature would be irreversibly mixed up with other goods after delivery.
- The consumer has requested the seller to perform urgent on-site repairs or maintenance. If the seller or service provider provides additional on-site services or goods other than those necessary for the maintenance or repairs, the right of return is applicable to the additional goods or services.
13. The feelfree.lv online shop does not store copies of purchase agreements.

15. Purchase applications can be made in Latvian.
16. Images of goods found on the www.feelfree.lv online shop website may slightly differ from the actual goods. To clarify the goods' characteristics or any other questions related to their order, please contact us by phone (22087676) or by e-mail (info@feelfree.lv).
17. Any complaints regarding the availability or quality of the goods should be made by e-mail to info@feelfree.lv, or in writing to the following address: 56-51 Duntes Street, Riga, LV-1050.
The complaint will be examined within 30 days and the reply will be made to the indicated address.
